As rumored on this site yesterday, Iron Maiden are confirmed to bring their cavalry to Paris for yet another gig at the legendary Bercy arena.

The official statement from Iron Maiden reads as follows:

“On June 5 Maiden will bring the Maiden England World tour to Paris Bercy, a venue they have played many times before, including on the original Seventh Son tour back in 1988. Tickets will go onsale on Monday, October 15 at 10.00 am, with an exclusive first ticket pre-sale for Iron Maiden Fan Club members which will run from Wednesday, Oct 10 from 09.00 am, closing 6pm Thursday Oct 11. Fan club members will also be eligible in the draw to be ’First To The Barrier’.”

Now the question is, will they add another one on Thursday the 6th or Tuesday the 4th of June? On recent tours when playing Bercy, they put one night up and when th first one sells out, another one is added. There are also som light rumors floting around about Maiden headlining French Hellfest, although this one takes place later in June, so it might not be very likely.
