So, the Maiden England World Tour comes to Austria, and tickets go on sale less than 24 hours after the announcement… Beware of specific setlist info in this post, taken from the official press release!

The official site reports that Iron Maiden will headline the SEEROCK Festival on June 21 in Schwarzlsee/Graz. Head on over here to see the details, or get the Austrian press release here.

Tickets go on sale Friday December 7.

In the press release, Steve Harris mentions several songs by name: Seventh Son Of A Seventh Son, The Prisoner, Afraid To Shoot Strangers, The Trooper, Aces High, The Clairvoyant, The Number Of The Beast, Wasted Years and Run To The Hills. This isn’t a sworn statement, but one can speculate that these are not likely to be taken out of the setlist when they get specific mention.

EDIT: Maiden Revelations knows for sure that Rod is actually the one who writes these press releases, and makes up “quotes” from Bruce and Steve. But still, Rod also has a third of the say when it comes to setlists, along with Bruce and Steve.
