Last Wednesday, October 2nd, Iron Maiden finished off their mammoth Maiden England 2013 World Tour in Santiago, Chile. Another gentleman was also touring South America at the same time. Bark at the beer – here is The Dog Whisperer, aka Cesar Millan, hanging out with Dave Murray and Janick Gers. And it got friendly…

According to an article posted by Whiplash.net, Cesar Millan was staying at the same hotel as Iron Maiden when visiting Santiago. Fans reported that they were trying to get in touch with the band when Cesar Millan walked up to Dave Murray to say hello. Murray, who instantly recognized Millan, let out a “what the fuck!?” before bursting out with laughter.

Millan is most famous for his TV show Dog Whisperer with Cesar Millan, broadcast in more than eighty countries worldwide. He also founded the Dog Psychology Center in Los Angeles. Millan’s first three books, including Cesar’s Way, all became New York Times best sellers. They have cumulatively sold two million copies in the United States, and are available in 14 other countries.

Millan’s most important tool in both his success with dogs and business has sometimes been attributed to a personal sense of balance. The New York Times has said that he “lives in the now and maintains a sort of über-balanced mien.

Millan was touring in Argentina, Colombia, Peru and Chile when crossing paths with the Iron Maiden guitarists.
