According to the official Rock In Rio website all 80.000 tickets for the 2013 installment of the festival, featuring among others Iron Maiden, Metallica and Bruce Springsteen, were sold out in record time. But there is still hope.

The organizers of the festival claims that all the 80.000 tickets made available for the 2013 festival sold out in a record breaking 52 minutes. However there is still hope for international concert goers that wish to take part in proceedings. Additional tickets will be put on sale in April 2013. The number of tickets are not confirmed, but last year the total capacity were capped at 85.000 patrons.

Amazed by the response, the organizers promise to make the best festival ever.
